Shipping and Delivery


Please take note that S FIT will not be responsible for any unexpected delays once your orders has been shipped which includes clearance days or have been marked as 'delivered' by the courier service but have not received your parcel or if you have yet to receive a delivery attempt notification from your local courier service. In addition, S FIT will not be held responsible if in an unlikely event that your parcel has gone missing or lost in the mail. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers of S FIT and is strictly non-refundable.

All shipping of the orders will be processed within the next working day and will be passed to our delivery partners right after processing. You will also be provided with a conformation email and a tracking code. Please use your tracking number to find out the status of the parcel. Please allow 3 - 5 working days to receive the product.
