Unfortunately, the items sold are non-refundable, non-returnable or non-exchangeable due to hygiene purposes. However, you are only eligible for an exchange, if the products received is incorrect. Shipping fees will also be reimbursed by S FIT. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. S FIT reserves the rights to deny exchange if the product condition is not met to the requirements as mentioned above. 

We will notify you immediately once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent the correct item based on your original receipt.

Please note that small imperfections are possible because the products are hand sewn by our seamstresses and packed individually for you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However if you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be refunded to you.
